In the context of leadership and personnel decisions, such as staffing of expert and leadership roles, or prior to a promotion, we support you professionally, competently and from an unbiased position.
Our structured, practice-oriented well-founded assessment offers added value for both, the organization and the candidates. Thanks to our many years of AC experience and the use of recognized analyses we provide valuable impulses about the potential and fit of the candidates.

Onboarding.

The first months in a new job are very relevant because they lay the foundation for sustainable positioning, retention and engagement. Studies show that one third to one half of managers leave the company again within first 18 months. It is therefore important to manage this time als well as possible and to ensure a sustainable integration.
With “onboarding” coaching, we provide you with professional advice during the first 100 days and support a successful start as well as a strong positioning in your new job.
